When the Western World leading state, the USA send a bias envoy like Andrw Natsios, who claims that Nile Arabs in a major report are only 5% of the total population, while even the CIA fact books put them at 40% of the population. Which is a low number for the total number of Sudanese who identify themselves as Arabs, not just arab speaking Sudanese.

You know that there is a conspiracy against this country's identity and prevailing culture, not just going after a tyrant President of that country.

It is all about Politics and America's interest and specially of its major ally Israel in the region.

To the extent that countries continue to refuse to sign the Rome Statute, and continue to conduct wars breaking the rules of humanity, justice will be forced to be blind leaving it to the SC to decide where in the situations that threat peace and security the ICC could exercise jurisdiction.
The positions against the move of the ICC prosecutor and the claims of an unfair justice, coming from states who refuse to join the Rome Statute have simply no legitimacy.
