The distinguished panelists for this event included:

CHARLIE RYAN, one of the pioneers of investment banking in Russia, a co-founder of UFG Asset Management, and currently the Executive Chairman of UFG Asset Management;

CLIFFORD GADDY, Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution, is an economist specializing the political economy of Russian oil and gas and on the country’s long-term growth prospects;

Dr. Alexandra Vacroux, Program Officer of the SSRC and affiliate of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars moderated this event.
