Tatiana Carayannis, CPPF Deputy Director and Project Director of the DRC Affinity Group, addressed the International Contact Group on the Great Lakes Region in Brussels, Belgium, on 27 November 2012 on the importance of evidence-based policy responses to the current crisis in eastern Congo.
