On June 26th at 5:30PM, the Open Society Foundation will host a panel on former SSRC Euraisa Program Dissertation Fellow Alexander Cooley’s new book, Great Games, Local Rules, just published by Oxford University Press. Also on the panel is Stpehen Kotkin, SSRC Eurasia Program Alumnus and outgoing chair of the SSRC Eurasia Program Selction and Advisory Comittee.
