Dr. Joseph Hanlon is Senior Lecturer in development and conflict resolution at the International Development Centre at the Open University and Visiting Research Fellow at the London School of Economics. On May 13, 2010, he spoke about his book, "Just Give Money to the Poor," co-authored with David Hulme and Armando Barrientos.
