Digital Media and Learning
Investigating how digital media are changing the way young people learn
The Digital Media and Learning Program leverages research and design to help New York City organizations craft new approaches to youth-centered digital media and learning. Begun in 2008 with funding from the MacArthur Foundation and in partnership with Parsons, the program provides a forum for a select group of institutions, including the Natural History Museum and the New York Public Library, to work together on imagining new practices and products. Eventually we hope to develop a model for networked learning across multiple institutions.
