Guide to Teaching Islam in Eurasia (Forthcoming)

From 2005 to 2007, the SSRC's Eurasia Program ran a “Teaching Islam in Eurasia” project. We hosted a series of three regional summer institutes, at which participants worked on compiling resources for a “Guide to the Teaching of Islam in Eurasia” in hopes of widely disseminating their combined knowledge on the ways and places in which Islam is currently being taught at institutions of higher education throughout Eurasia. Included in the guide will be lists of institutions, course types, and curricula currently in use.
