Kelly Westphalen joins the Council as coordinator for the executive director’s office. She recently completed a Master’s of Science in Nonprofit/NGO Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania focusing on evaluation, capacity building, strategic planning and leadership in nonprofit organizations, as well as urban policy research and poverty.  She has also worked as a program assistant at Russell Sage.
