Bio

Sarah Doty is coordinator of the Cuba program and holds a master’s in international relations from Boston University, received in 2004. She is currently pursuing an M.P.H. in health services management from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University, with an expected graduation date of August 2009. Doty has been with the Council since July 2005.
