Bio
Nicolas Guilhot has been an SSRC research fellow since August 2007. He holds a doctorate in social and political science from the European University Institute, received in 2001. Since his arrival at the SSRC, Guilhot has organized an international workshop on the history of international relations theory with the support of the Rockefeller Archive Center, a series of workshops on think tanks and has participated in the SSRC work on the future of area studies. His current work deals with the historical development of international relations theory in the US and in Europe. He also collaborates in the Knowledge Institutions program area of the SSRC.
