Patrick Guyer

Bio

Patrick Nolan Guyer has been with the Council since 2009 and is Chief Statistician for Measure of America. In this role he leads the quantitative research and analysis efforts for the project’s publications, including the recent Portrait of Marin and Portrait of California reports as well as the most recent national human development report, The Measure of America, 2010–2011: Mapping Risks and Resilience (New York University Press, 2010). Patrick has also worked as a researcher with the Economic and Social Rights Empowerment Initiative and as a consultant to UNICEF and UNDESA. He holds a BA in political science from McGill University and an MA from the New School Graduate Program in International Affairs.
