Bio
Alisha Kirchoff is the program coordinator to the Eurasia program and has been with the Council since January 2008. She received her master’s in European, Russian and Eurasian Studies from the University of Toronto in 2008; her thesis was entitled, “Information, Courts and the Public: Web Development in Russia’s Regional Court System.” Since joining the Council, Kirchoff has worked primarily with the Eurasia program project on Social Science Approaches to HIV/AIDS in the Russian Federation funded by the Ford Foundation and the Title VIII Fellowships and Grant program.
