Bio


MANJARI MAHAJAN is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Social Science Research Council and a visiting scholar at New York University’s Institute of Public Knowledge. She received her Ph.D. from the Department of Science and Technology Studies at Cornell University in 2008. Her research interests are in the social studies of international health and science. Her past work has focused on the AIDS epidemics in India and South Africa. Her recent publications include “Designing Epidemics: Models, Policymaking, and Global Foreknowledge in India’s AIDS Crisis” in Science and Public Policy.
