Parnian Nazary

Bio

Parnian Nazary started as a Program Associate at CPPF in October 2012. Prior to joining CPPF, she was a Program Officer at the Center for International Cooperation (CIC) for two years. She has also worked or interned at the Paula Loyd Foundation, Embassy of Afghanistan in DC, Iraqi Scholar Rescue Fund at the Institute of International Education (IIE), the Madeleine Korbel Albright Institute for Global Affairs, Seeds of Peace, and the American University of Afghanistan (AUAF) in Kabul. Parnian earned her BA in Middle Eastern Studies and South Asian Studies from Wellesley College in 2010. She is from Afghanistan and fluent in Dari/Farsi, Urdu, and is conversational in Arabic, Pashtu and Hindi.
