Benjamin Levitan joined CPPF as a program assistant in January 2007. He earned a BA in English and comparative literature from Columbia University, where he was a four-year member of the John Jay Scholars honors program. During the 2004-2005 academic year, he was editor-in-chief of the Columbia Political Review and served on the executive board of the Columbia Political Union. In 2006, he held an editorial internship at The Onion.
