Program Assistant, HIV/AIDS Program

I graduated from the American University of Paris (AUP) with a degree in International Affairs as well as a concentration in Gender Studies. I obtained my Masters Degree in Democracy and Human Rights in South East Europe (ERMA) from the University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and the University of Bologna, Italy in November 2006 with a Master’s Thesis ‘Rape: Asymmetrical Warfare?’, published by e-books, University of Sarajevo/CIPS, Spring 2007.  I held a lecture on my thesis at the Inter University Center of Post-Graduate Studies in Dubrovnik, Croatia, on the course ‘War Crimes, Genocide and Memories’, 26th May – 2nd June2007.  Due to the fact that I have lived, worked and interned in a couple of NGOs in Croatia, Bosnia, the US, France and Switzerland I have been able to build up strong language and intercultural skills.   I am nearly bilingual in Serbo-Croatian and English, and I possess a highly functional level of spoken and written French.
