Program Coordinator, China Environment and Health Initiative
Dan Murphy is the Program Coordinator for the China Environment and Health Initiative. He holds an MA in Chinese Studies from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. In 2006, he received a Freeman Foundation Fellowship to attend the Johns Hopkins University-Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies in Nanjing, China, where he studied politics. Dan was the 2001 recipient of a Thomas J. Watson Fellowship to conduct research on walking trail systems and environmental management in six countries.
