Dagan Rossini is the program assistant for the African Peacebuilding Network (APN). Dagan graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University, where he double majored in peace and conflict studies (PCON) and political science, with both degrees concentrating primarily on issues relating to sub-Saharan Africa and international social justice. He has sought to enrich his understanding of both peace and conflict vis-à-vis course- and fieldwork, participating in SIT’s World Learning program in Rwanda and Uganda; a semester abroad in Geneva, Switzerland; human rights work in Cape Town, South Africa; and the Leadership Institute at Brown University. Previous work experiences include internships at Interpeace (Geneva) and the International Legal Foundation (New York). Dagan is the recipient of the Clarence Young Award (Colgate University) for academic excellence in PCON and is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society, as well as Colgate University's senior honor society, Konosioni.
