Special Forum: Communications Policy and Ethnic Media and Their Communities

The New York Community Media Alliance hosts a special forum on communications policy and its possible effects on ethnic media and their communities. Dharma Dailey, co-Director of Deep Tech, will present findings from the SSRC study of "Broadband Adoption in Low-Income Communities." Other invited speakers include representatives from the Media Action Grassroots Network, Free Press, Media Access Project, New America Foundation, People's Production House, Media Literacy Project, Consumers Union, Public Utility Law Project, and the USC Annenberg School for Communication.
