2022 Albert O. Hirschman Prize Ceremony

Hirschman Prize to Edward Glaeser, Fred and Eleanor Glimp Professor of Economics and Chairman of the Department of Economics at Harvard University. Introducing the inaugural grantees for the Research AMP Partner Sites Program

The Social Science Research Council (SSRC) is pleased to announce the four grantees of the Research Area Mapping Platform (Research AMP) Partner Sites project, a year-long partnership to develop critical infrastructure for sharing their research using the SSRC’s Research AMP platform. The platform allows groups of users to collaborate on collecting and sharing information on a common platform, bringing Zotero, PressForward, and WordPress together. The project has been developed with the generous support of the Mellon Foundation.

Introducing the 2022-2024 Just Tech Fellows

The Just Tech Fellowship, a project of the Social Science Research Council (SSRC), announced its inaugural class of Just Tech Fellows today. These six visionaries—Kim Gallon, Chris Gilliard, Christine Miranda, Clarence Okoh, Meme Styles, and Rua Williams—will each receive two-year fellowships to tackle complex issues at the intersection of tech and social justice.
