Japanese-American Marine Resources: Environmental Leadership on the North Pacific
The objective of the study is to develop a common policy model for dealing with transnational marine environmental and resource questions. The model uses portfolio analysis, growth theory and renewable resource economics. Issue addressed include institutional regimes to promote resource longevity, quantitative relationships between environmental assets and goods and services flows, investment programs, consumption and the demand for environmental quality.
