Description
This bibliography is compiled from an extensive review of academic, policy, and “grey” literature in English, French, and Spanish, utilizing various electronic databases. More than 1,500 were reviews from which we made our selections. The bibliography is divided into two main sections. In the first, we have gathered literature that examines how culture shapes the HIV/AIDS pandemic and its impacts. In the second, we have grouped references that focus on the response to the epidemic, situating this response in the broader socio-cultural context.
