Dao Thi Khanh Hoa, member of the SSRC-VASS Vietnam Population Health Study, published her research findings, “User Satisfaction of Healthcare Services at Commune Health Centers: A Case Study in Thai Nguyen, Khanh Hoa, and Vinh Long 2008–2013,” in the Tạp chí Chính sách Y tế (Journal of Health Policy) in Vietnam. The Study gathered data on healthcare facility utilization and satisfaction in two rounds (2009 and 2013).
