Lisa Yanoti is the director of finance. She joined the Council in 1999 as a junior accountant and went on to become the budget manager in 2007. She holds a BS in finance from the State University of New York at New Paltz and a certificate in accounting principles from Baruch College’s Division of Continuing and Professional Studies.
